Electricity got cut off once I passed check-out time, which woke me up in a sweat. a knock on the door would’ve been nice. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with carpets stained and a mattress that had visible blood stains. The AC sounded like a jet engine, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. After staying three nights, I had to request supplies like water and towels since the cleaning service never came, and breakfast options were disappointingly limited and not filling.

absolutely terrible experience. i nearly thought this place had a pool until i noticed it was filled with, wait for it, sand and random trash. there was also cigarette smell in the halls, how charming. I expected a warm welcome, but there was more indifference than hospitality. couldn't believe they couldn't even manage basic maintenance, so disappointing.

I loved everything about my stay! The comfort of the Superior King Room. The rooftop pool offered amazing views of the sunset, creating a perfect backdrop while I relaxed.

An enjoyable stay with good staff, especially Ms. Banana, whose warmth made us feel right at home. The delicious fixed breakfast was a positive, yet some room amenities could use improvement. Location leaves something to desire, as nearby options felt limited for dining. A nice value overall, it has potential for a more polished experience!
